At-Home Dads Mastering Homemaking and Life

I have ADHD, which means that when I commit to something, I go all in, often to the point of ignoring everything else. This phenomenon is known as hyper focus. As a full-time dad, I can become so intensely focused on my role that I overlook crucial self-care aspects. Now, what exactly is self-care? Well, it’s more than just doing things you enjoy; it goes deeper.
